courses versus courses

Mood: In a Dilemma

So I am accepted to do a Dip in Pre school education Leadership. I am happy about the fact that I'll be studying something I love. And I am ready for the challenge of the assignments and projects. I am also looking forward to making friends from this new school but on the other hand, the new job has offered to pay for me for another Dip.

So my dilemma is... where can I find the extra 24hrs in a day to fit all of these courses?

I have to divide myself for my
family
Khai
friends
first dip
second dip
alone time
household chores..oh and
work
So how? I feel chopped.... in 8 pieces... :(

I got a job!

Mood: WEEE!

I went for an interview today and guess what? I got the job!! I can't believe I was accepted on the spot! All I know is that I'm going to be a teacher at a pre-school. weee!!!

I cant wait to start!

swollen lungs and inhalers

Mood: wheezing

My lungs are swollen. Why you asked? Cos of the haze here.. and it deprived my O2 intake. My lungs beat themselves up just so i can get adequate O2.... So now they are recovering

I'm on inhalers. Why you asked? Cos i'm on the preventer medication. I hate inhalers. it tastes funky. and it makes me cough after use. but i still have to use them. haiz..

I want to be all fine.. with normal sized lungs and no wheeze... my chest hurts...

So its only natural for me to love driving..

I just have to clear the TP test. In the meantime, Cik Sani, buckle your seatbelt! I'm going to drive at 60kmh and stall your car again..

Happy Children's day and Happy Birthday Syafiah

October 1st....
I used to celebrate it with cakes and stationery from my teachers.. be it pencils with cute cartoons on it or pretty erasers that smell like fruits. I always grumble cos back then I thought that they were cheap ass gifts since they never last more than a few weeks..

Those lucky survivors would get lost in my big hefty squarish nerd bag of the 80's.. After that, schools started mass producing Children's Day gifts.. i.e: printing the school logo and its name on bags, files, sling bags and whatever children think is trendy...

But now, I still do celebrate it but as a teacher. AND now I know why the teachers invest in cheap-ass gifts cos they foresee lost stationery and how irresponsible children can get.

So this may be a very belated apology but, to all of my teachers back in 4PM, Opera Estate, and Loyang Primary,

I apologise to think that your gifts were cheap-ass. I am grateful for the gifts and its always the thought that counts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thai Nuts and Princess kacang

Mood: Nuts deprived

On my way back from Thailand, my bro and I found a can of nuts labelled "Thai Nuts". being cheeky as always, we bought and and took pics of it.. come on... dun "Thai Nuts" tickle you the way it did me? heheheheh

Thai Nuts.... wahahahhaha its so cute.. and its delicious too!

So when we touched down, both of us met up with Zuri, Ain, Fizzy and Khai for dinner at Downtown East. We brought along the nuts thinking that we could share... Little did I know that Ain was 'nut crazy' cos she finished all the nice bits and left me with the broad beans and curry leaves... haiz..

Anybody going to Thailand? Can you get me some? Pweese...
