Happy Birthday Mum!! and Fizah too..

Happy 47th Birthday to my Mum.
Happy 23rd Birthday to Hafizah.

Mood: Tired after BBQ and a full day of chores.

The Chalet at Aloha Loyang was good. There was Fiza's family and us. We get to meet Zaza and Yan too. Dah lama tak nampak si kecik tu. we jus mingled and ate and talk. but after every left, Nish, Ratib, Luq, Fiza and I had an interesting 'forum' about religion mainly. We exchanged thoughts and news from ard the world. What makes it interesting is that the conversation was going at full force for 3 hours without us knowing it. And then the conversation led to sleeping posture and dreams.. hahah that funny talking abt sleepwalking and sleep talking.. by 5, we were all asleep but i had to make do with the freeking cold tiled floor cos the bed can't accomodate my height. i was up by 8. Tried to make small talk with Fiza's grandma but we were on the wrong bandwith. Then I fall asleep again at 9 and woke up again at 11. Its tiring sleeping like this cos u don't get the deserved rest. Anyway, we showered, had lunch at MacDonald's and I was sent home by 2.30pm. Remember how tired I was? once I was in bed, I was asleep. I didnt wake up all the way till 8pm. Ate dinner, checked my mails, made a few phonecalls and was asleep again at 12. [dead tired]

So today is both my mum's and fiza's actual birthday. My parents brought me to Learning Capital where Diplomas in Pre School Teaching is offered. I'm still tinking abt it. I have 2 weeks to decide. While we were here, my dad who was standing next to me, smsed me to inform my aunt to come over our house to have a surprise party for my mum.. Why can't he jus tell me? Then we went to Sengkang mall or something. I get to buy a pair of sandals and then window shop at the many jewellery stores. They have many many pretty diamonds. I want.. I just love the Destinee cut.. Esp the Destinee Trinity ring. But it would set me back a few dollars [more like $4000++].. haiz..

Anyway, my dad asked my mum to choose a piece of jewellery for her bday present but she didnt like any but ended up choosing 2 pieces from this silver shop. The pieces are beautiful. One of them is a 1 inch ring with geometric onyx on the face. The other is an open ended with mother of pearl inset.

We rushed home with a menu of KFC, satay, watermelon, grapes and sinful chocolate cake. yumm... I was full. My aunt gave her a purple batik handbag. I can see that she enjoyed her day.. and there were lotsa left over food.

weepee!! hehe i love the chocolate cake..
